Industrial AI for Construction
Pirimid connects the workface to the design, replacing slow and error-prone manual efforts with clear, actionable insights to compress schedule and improve predictability backed by operations science.
Take the first step - Save one day of schedule on one activity
An Industry Ready for Advancement
Construction has struggled with productivity for decades. The market is massive, and the cost of inefficiency is staggering.
Legacy methods fail to explain why projects fall behind, creating massive risk in planning and execution.
Part of a $10T+ global industry, representing a vast landscape for efficiency gains.
Applying manufacturing operations science principles with Pirimid can unlock huge savings.
The Pirimid Platform
We close the loop between plan and reality with powerful real-time models. A data model of sensors and project info enables real-time detection of blockers and alternatives - Google Maps navigation for construction.
Real-Time Visibility
Pirimid creates a live, data-rich model of your construction site's operations to see what is or is not happening in real-time, not weeks later. Leverage connected project and sensor data to track and forecast key processes.
AI-Powered Insights
Our platform doesn't just show you data; it interprets it. AI/ML-enabled alerts automatically notify you when an operation is blocked, weather impacted, or trending off-track and suggest potential mitigations before a small issue becomes a major delay.
Why Now?
The convergence of increasingly connected equipment and powerful AI capabilities has created the perfect moment to enable the same technological shift that transformed manufacturing 15 years ago, creating billion-dollar companies. Construction is next.
How the Digital Twin Computes Schedule Delta
Pirimid's predictive digital twin continuously replays completed activities against the baseline plan, then re-runs the remaining schedule under the operations-science model with the current production rates, wait times, and crew availability. The delta between the baseline completion date and the recomputed forecast is the schedule variance, expressed in working days. Adjusting operational levers — equipment hours, material readiness, and activity durations — instantly produces a mitigated forecast, so the trade-off of each decision is visible before it is committed.
Core Features
-
✔
Live Progress Tracking: Compare performance against plan continuously. AI identifies potential delays and sends alerts before they happen.
-
✔
Productivity Root Causes: Use continuous data to separate execution from blockers and get to the "why" behind variances at the task level.
-
✔
Predictive Forecasting: See the future impact and potential risk of today's performance. Make surprises a thing of the past.
-
✔
Interactive Scenario Planning: Model the effect of mitigations and leverage optimization capabilities to find the best path forward to reach optimal outcomes.
-
✔
Automated Benchmarking: Assess performance relative to internal and external projects or technologies in real-time. Stop guessing, learn what works.
Real-Time Insights
A small delay caught early is a manageable fix. The same delay caught in next month's report is a crisis. Use this demo - built from real project data - to see how Pirimid surfaces schedule risk minute-by-minute. Then adjust the operational levers to see exactly what it takes to close the gap.
Demo Insight Summary (Static Reference)
The interactive chart above models a piping/welding schedule from real project data. Captured here as static text so the insight is available without JavaScript and to AI/answer engines that do not simulate the slider or button interactions.
| Forecast Scenario | Description |
|---|---|
| Planned | The original baseline completion schedule. |
| Actual | Observed progress; falls behind plan early due to material waits. |
| Default Forecast | Projection that continues the current trend without intervention. |
| Pirimid Forecast | Mitigated projection after applying Pirimid's recommended operational levers. |
Projected End Date Variance: -15 Working Days from the Default Forecast (the live slider view recalculates this as you adjust operational levers).
Primary Delay: A lack of materials is the primary driver, causing a 20-minute average wait per day and including a 5-hour delay on April 8th. Maintaining an inventory of at least 40 joints ready for welding at the start of each day reduces the average wait by ~90%.
Productivity: Welding productivity is underperforming plan by ~14% while working time is below plan by ~3%.
Urgency: Immediate action is required to increase throughput by ~20% through additional resources and hours to achieve the current milestone of April 14th.

A Clear Competitive Edge
Other solutions provide an incomplete picture. Pirimid is built to deliver not just data, but frequent, actionable intelligence that directly links to project outcomes through operations science.
The practical consequence of these differences is that an image-analysis pipeline can confirm a milestone slipped after it occurred, whereas Pirimid can flag the slip in progress, identify the underlying cause (for example, a 20-minute daily material wait or a 14% shortfall in welding productivity), and offer simulated mitigations that are tracked through to the recomputed completion date. This is the capability gap that determines whether schedule risk becomes a 15-day overrun or is caught early enough to be recovered before it is visible in a weekly status report.
